My name is Bryan Parsons, and I am so excited to be at Wines! I am originally from a small town nestled in the corn fields of central Iowa. My teaching career started in 2006 in South Korea where I lived and taught English for 6 years. I moved to Ann Arbor with my partner in 2014 and completed a Master’s degree in Educational Studies through the ELMAC program at University of Michigan. My certification includes endorsements in English as a Second Language and Language Arts. Before Wines, I worked in a number of Ann Arbor schools with extended time at Pittsfield Elementary as a student intern and Title I math and literacy interventionist. I love music, film, training our cats, and helping young people set and achieve their goals!
